STEP 1: 

INTRODUCTION CALL

As my name says, I'm here to make your experience Easy AF and I'd love to start helping you as soon as possible.

I want to hear about you, your vision, and your needs during a FREE 15-minute introduction call.

STEP 2: 
PROPOSAL

After our introduction call + strategy session, I will tailor one of the planning packages into a comprehensive proposal that fits your needs.

To officially secure your date, I require a signed agreement + deposit payment.

STEP 3: 
STRATEGY SESSION

You are one-of-a-kind + your event should be too!

 

During a 60-minute strategy session, we'll discuss your dream day in detail.

The following week you'll receive your personalized event planning field guide to utilize throughout the planning process including the following:

  • Inspiration mood board

  • Sample day-of timeline

  • Preferred vendors list 

  • Suggested budget breakdown

BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTY?

crafting wild memories for your last hoorah 

I'll plan your entire day or weekend itinerary,  scout lodging accommodations, confirm meal reservations, arrive before your guests for shopping, fridge stocking + decorating. I want your experience to be memorable (or forgettable) and stress-free AF! 

Package pricing is custom to each event + determined by multiple factors including event type, date, location, venue + group size.  Weddings + larger, time-intensive events will run at a higher rate. 

 

For destination events, travel coordination is not typically included as travelers have fluctuating schedules + places of departure. However, we handle everything from arrival to departure to make your stay relaxing AF.
