WHAT IS YOUR PACKAGE PRICING?

You are one-of-a-kind and your event should be too! Packages are tailored for each client and costs are determined by multiple factors including event type, date, location, venue, and group size. Weddings and larger, time-intensive events will run at a higher rate.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AS A CLIENT OF EASY AF?

It's in our name...

 

We're here to make your life EASY AF from now until after the DJ plays the last song. We'll be at your side to support you through every step to a stress-free event.

Our goal is for clients to not have to do any added work except for giving their most honest opinions and preferences during the planning process. 

​

As a client of EASY AF, you will have access to an online planning folder that will house all our up-to-date planning resources including a month-by-month planning guide, event day schedule, current floor plan, budget projection + breakdown, meeting notes, final mood board + event guide, and a secure place to store your vendor contracts.  You will also have access to schedule any meetings with us, at your convenience, through our appointment calendar.

HOW DO I BREAKDOWN + DISPOSE OF THE BALLOONS?

EASY AF provides breakdown instructions. Deflated balloons will fit in a garbage bag.

TELL ME MORE ABOUT YOUR BALLOONS.

The balloons we use are made from natural latex and are 100&% organic + biodegradable. Latex comes from rubber trees and is collected by cutting the tree’s bark and then catching it in a cup, much like maple syrup.  This harvesting technique does not hurt the tree. In fact, latex-producing trees can produce latex for up to 40 years.

HOW LONG DO THE BALLOON GARLANDS + INSTALLATIONS LAST?

If inside with cool temperatures, the balloons can last up to a month. Otherwise, expect 1-2 days outside (depending on heat) and 1 week inside.

WHAT ARE TIE POINTS?

A tie point is what we use to secure your installation or garland to the space. We require at least one (1) secure point to anchor the balloons. A good tie point can include:

  • Ceiling beams

  • Ductwork

  • Piping

  • Hardware

If there are no suitable tie points, we may be able to use 3M Command Hooks on the wall to hang your installation. We can typically install in most places but should there not be an option for your exact location we will have to amend on-site together. Besides highlighting a dessert or present table, other options include outdoor entry or stairways.
